4. CheapTickets.com
3. Expedia.com
2. Travelocity.com
1. Orbitz.com
Most of Orbitz's complaints dealt with problems ticketing and boarding... and of course, refunds.
The complaints listed here represent only those formally lodged with the Dept. of Transportation.

EXPEDIA should be listed first. Did the visit http://www.expedianews.com before making the ranking?
There are horrible stories there form customes being cheated by EXPEDIA, including my case that proves EXPEDIA is a scam
